My stay on Friday night was awesome. The hotel's location was great, right next to the beach, many restaurants, shops, clubs.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with a jacuzzi.

My room included climate control, TV and a microwave oven. The cost was me$ 75. The location was awesome, adjacent to the beach and main road with stores and restuarants and a restaurant that had very good food and restuarants. It also was close to everything.

Convenient food options available and the rooms are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, making it easier to store and heat up meals. 🍴

The staff at Point 1 Resort & Motel were exceptionally pleasant and outstandingly accommodating. The hotel's location was marvelous, just off a restaurant that had very good food as well as the ocean. Plus, it was only a 5-minute drive from Misquamicut State Beach.

I recently stayed at a charming two-story motel for a quick beach getaway. The rooms were clean and free of any musty smells, with a well-functioning AC and hot showers. The husband-and-wife owners were friendly and always available. The location was unbeatable, with just a five-minute walk to the beach and easy access to restaurants, shops, and clubs. The room itself had all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds, a table with chairs, a TV, microwave, coffee maker. I especially enjoyed having a balcony outside my room to relax on. a great place to drop your bags and enjoy the beach!

The location of the resort & motel is great, just a five-minute walk to the beach. It is also conveniently situated within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and clubs. The rooms are clean and do not have a musty smell. The air conditioning works well and the showers have good water pressure and hot water. The husband-and-wife owners are friendly and welcoming.

The motel does not offer any amenities or breakfast.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location was perfect for a beach getaway. I especially loved the fact that the hotel provided a microwave, sink, and refrigerator, which made it convenient to have snacks and drinks in the room. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to park in their lot even before check-in and even after we checked out. They also recommended some great local restaurants for both dinner and breakfast. the hotel facilities were excellent and made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Point 1 Resort was totally worth the price - fantastic location just a quick walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was friendly and super helpful, and the rooms were clean and tidy.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement - it would be great to have a wider variety of options.
